Paul Foldi, Vice President of International Development Affairs at PSC, welcomed attendees to the 11th annual CIDC development conference. Foldi expressed gratitude to council members, panelists, and moderators for their dedication, hard work, and meticulous planning, contributing to an excellent event.

Foldi shared insights into PSC's initiatives, highlighting the organization's role in organizing eight hybrid meetings with USAID officials, including senior figures. He mentioned several significant CIDC events and accomplishments over the last year including, "CIDC on the hill," engaging Congress on crucial issues related to development and contracting. Foldi thanked sponsors, staff, and all involved in producing the conference, emphasizing the collaborative effort that made the event possible.
