On November 25, 2024, PSC submitted comments on DFARS Case 2024-D007, "Preventing Conflicts of Interest for Certain Consulting Services," a proposed rule to prohibit awards to companies that provide consulting services to covered foreign entities. PSC's recommendations include that any final rule: (1) establish a comprehensive, frequently updated, and online-accessible list of covered entities; (2) set reasonable requirements for due diligence; (3) provide a process for adjustments as needed.
