Michelle Jobse is the Director of the PSC Vision Market Forecast and Conference. In its 60th year, the Vision program is the only non-profit forecast that addresses the defense, civilian, and federal information technology markets. In her role, Michelle leads over twenty teams of hundreds of industry member volunteers who each year, through market research and an extensive interview process—gather, collate, and analyze information for the annual Vision Federal Market Conference
Donald Baumgart
Senior Manager, Vision Federal Market Forecast
Donald Baumgart is the Senior Manager of the PSC Vision Market Forecast and Conference. In its 60th year, the Vision program is the only non-profit forecast that addresses the defense, civilian, and federal information technology markets. In his role, Donald works with hundreds of industry member volunteers who each year, through market research and an extensive Vision discussion process—gather, collate, and analyze information for the annual Vision Federal Market Conference. As the Discussion lead, Donald is instrumental in managing the nearly year long process, between Vision volunteers, Government Executives and industry experts.
