PSC Data Call: CIRCIA Reporting Requirements Proposed Rule

DESCRIPTION
PSC will host a data collection call on DHS’s Cyber Incident Reporting for Critical Infrastructure Act (CIRCIA) Reporting Requirements Proposed Rule published in the Federal Register on April 4, 2024. Note: this is a 60-day comment period, and the deadline for comments to DHS is June 3, 2024. This call will help frame the basis of PSC’s written comments and provide an opportunity for PSC member companies to share input and highlight areas of focus. An agenda will follow shortly. PSC asks member companies interested in providing comments to PSC’s comments package to provide inputs no later than COB, Monday, May 6, 2024.
