Michelle Jobse is the Director of the PSC Vision Market Forecast and Conference. In its 59th year, the Vision program is the only non-profit forecast that addresses the defense, civilian, and federal information technology markets. In her role, Michelle leads over twenty teams of hundreds of industry member volunteers who each year, through market research and an extensive interview process—gather, collate, and analyze information for the annual Vision Federal Market Conference
Donald Baumgart
Manager, Vision Federal Market Forecast
Donald Baumgart is the Manager of the PSC Vision Market Forecast and Conference. In its 59th year, the Vision program is the only non-profit forecast that addresses the defense, civilian, and federal information technology markets. In his role, Donald works with hundreds of industry member volunteers who each year, through market research and an extensive interview process—gather, collate, and analyze information for the annual Vision Federal Market Conference. As the Interview lead, Donald is instrumental in managing the interview process between Vision volunteers and Government Executives and industry experts. Additionally, he plays a key role in managing the interview process for all PSC studies.
