DESCRIPTION
PSC will be holding an information call regarding comments it is developing in response to the Department of Defense's (DoD) Proposed Rule titled Preventing Conflicts of Interest for Certain Consulting Services (DFARS Case 2024-D007), published September 26, 2024. Please contact Sebastian Herrick, PSC's Director for Procurement Policy, to provide additional input or for further information. PSC's deadline for member feedback on the proposal is Wednesday, November 6.
