PSC Comments on SBA 8(a) Proposed Rule
On July 13, 2026, PSC submitted comments on "Reforms to Remove SBA's 8(a) Program's Rebuttal Presumption of Social Disadvantage for Individually Owned Firms Only" proposed rule (SBA-2026-0133; 91 Fed Reg 35433). Informed by member input, PSC's recommendations urged the final rule to (1) preserve practical access for businesses, (2) address reliance interests and other topics, (3) evaluate market impacts, and (4) clarify guidance.
