PSC Comments on OMB's Federal Financial Assistance Rule 
On July 13, 2026, PSC submitted comments on OMB's proposed rule, "Federal Financial Assistance" (OMB-2026-0034). While contractors are not often direct recipients of federal grants, they do provide invaluable technical assistance, data analysis, research, etc. in support of grants and cooperative agreements.
