PSC Comments on AI Regulatory Reform and Barriers to Innovation

On October 27, 2025, PSC submitted comments to the Office of Science and Technology Policy’s (OSTPs) notice of request for information entitled, “Regulatory Reform on Artificial Intelligence” (Docket ID number OSTP-TECH-2025-0067). OSTP requested information from stakeholders to identify federal laws, regulations, and processes that unnecessarily impede AI development within the United States. 

PSC urged the Administration to ensure its AI policies complement the innovation, expertise, and commercial solutions of America’s contracting community. Aligning federal AI priorities with the broader innovation ecosystem will strengthen agency missions, enhance government efficiency, and maintain U.S. leadership in global AI innovation.
