PSC Comments on SBA Proposed Rule on Status/Size Recertification
On October 7, 2024, PSC submitted comments on an SBA proposed rule that would fundamentally alter requirements for companies to recertify their program-specific eligibility -- with broader implications for business growth, mergers and acquisitions, and agencies' ability to access small business capabilities.
