PSC Comments on Pay Equity and Transparency in Federal Contracting
On April 1, 2024, PSC
submitted comments on a proposed rule, “Pay Equity and Transparency in Federal
Contracting” (FAR Case 2023–021). Noting inter alia that salary disclosures to
job candidates are fundamentally inconsistent with doing business with the
federal government, PSC urged rescission of this proposal and development of an
alternative approach to pay equity and transparency in federal contracting.
