On October 15, 2024, PSC submitted comments on ITAR Revisions to Definition and Controls Related to Defense Services (DOS-2024-0023). PSC feedback focused on the proposed addition of "consulting" to the definition, the phrase of "for compensation" as related to controlled intelligence and other activities, and the need for examples of "ordinary business activities" that would be excluded.
