PSC Comments on GSA Alliant 3 GWAC Presolicitation Notice of 4.10.2024
On April 18, 2024, PSC submitted comments in response to the General Services Administration's Alliant 3 Presolicitation Notice published April 10, 2024. PSC recommended that as GSA officials consider possible amendments to the Alliant 3 Draft RFP, it should consider:
1) Uncapping the Number of Awards,
2) Establishing a More Equitable Approach to Organizational Risk,
3) Utilizing More Realistic Past Performance Project Size Thresholds,
4) Allowing for More Viable Emerging Technology Experience Requirements,
5) Creating a Fairer Premium on Systems Reviewed by the Government, and
6) Clarifying Application of Meaningful Relationship Commitment Letters.
