On October 15, 2024, PSC co-signed Council of Defense and Space Industry Associations (CODSIA) comments on "DFARS: Assessing Contractor Implementation of Cybersecurity Requirements" (DFARS Case 2019-D041). CODSIA comments focused on notification, attestation, and flowdown requirements, as well as issues related to CMMC level determinations, Federal Contract Information, and various definitions.
