PSC Comments on DFARS Buy American Act Requirements

On Tuesday, August 8, PSC submitted comments responding to the DFARS proposed rule regarding Buy American Act Amendments. PSC recommended domestic content determinations on award, instead of on year of delivery, tied to thresholds in place at the time of award, as well as prompt publication of proposed rulemaking on price preferences, critical components and critical items.
