CISA Publishes Zero Trust Maturity Model Version 2.0

On Tuesday, April 11, 2023, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) published Zero Trust Maturity Model 2.0 that “provides a gradient of implementation across the five distinct pillars to facilitate implementation, allowing agencies to make minor advancements over time toward optimization of zero trust architecture.” It also now incorporates a general alignment to OMB M-22-09, Moving the U.S. Government Toward Zero Trust Cybersecurity Principles.
