PSC Comments on SEC Proposed Rules re: Climate-Related Disclosures

On June 17, 2022, PSC submitted comments on the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) proposed rule, "The Enhancement and Standardization of Climate-Related Disclosures for Investors." PSC urged the SEC to leverage existing reporting requirements in any final rule and make every effort to limit climate-related disclosure requirements to information that is material to investors’ decisions.
