On June 22, 2022, PSC joined more than 30 other entities in comments to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on its proposed rules regarding "Cybersecurity Risk Management, Strategy, Governance, and Incident Disclosure." PSC underscored that the proposed rules neither recognize nor align with the evolving cybersecurity standards and disclosures required of these government contractors (e.g., CMMC).
