PSC Elects New Board Members

Arlington, Va. (September 30, 2024) -- The Professional Services Council (PSC) elected five new Board members during its Executive Committee meeting on September 12, 2024. The Board of Directors consists of executives from member companies who have demonstrated both leadership in the industry and commitment to PSC’s goals of a fair and competitive federal contracting marketplace. 

The new Board members include:

• Ron Ash, CEO and Chair of the Board of Managers, Accenture Federal Services
• Bruce Caswell, President and CEO, Maximus
• Dan Ford, CEO and Chair, Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS)
• Richard Rinehart, President and CEO, Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation (THTBC), Chairman of the Board for Sealaska Corporation
• Matt Washington, VP for Appropriations, Boeing Government Operations

“I am excited to welcome these accomplished government contracting executives to PSC’s Board of Directors. Their deep expertise and commitment will significantly enhance our efforts to advocate for contractors and guide our strategic priorities,” said PSC President and CEO David J. Berteau. “With decades of industry experience, their contributions will be invaluable to our mission.”

New members also showed their enthusiasm for joining the Board. “I’m honored to join the Board and contribute alongside other industry leaders to advancing our common interests in supporting the mission of our government customers. It’s exciting as well to work more closely with PSC President and CEO David Berteau, fostering greater collaboration with other local trade associations with whom we share common members,” said Bruce Caswell. 

“I’m proud to join the PSC as a Board member, and I look forward to continuing our collaboration, advancing PSC’s mission and making a difference for our clients,” said Ron Ash.

“I’m thrilled to step into this role on the Board. I look forward to collaborating with such dedicated professionals and helping to shape the future of our organization,” said Matt Washington.
