PSC Elects New Board Members

   
Arlington, Va. (May 30, 2023) The Professional Services Council (PSC) elected three new Board members for three-year terms during its Executive Committee meeting on May 23, 2023. Each will serve on the PSC Board through December 31, 2025.

The new Board members are:

• Thomas A. Bell, Chief Executive Officer, Leidos
• Shawn Purvis, President and Chief Executive Officer, QinetiQ US
• Bill Webner, Board Chair, Chief Executive Officer and President, Capgemini Government Solutions LLC

“I am pleased to welcome these dedicated and talented government contracting executives to PSC’s Board of Directors. Their experience and commitment will strengthen the organization as we help guide PSC priority areas for advocating on behalf of contractors,” said PSC President and CEO David J. Berteau. “Each of them bring decades of experience in our industry, and PSC is honored to have their participation.  In addition, we are pleased to have Tom Bell be among those Board members who serve on PSC’s Executive Committee.” 

The Board of Directors consists of executives from member companies who have demonstrated both leadership in the industry and commitment to PSC’s goals of a fair and competitive federal contracting marketplace.
