PSC and the Northern Virginia Chamber Names M. Charito Kruvant the 2020 Hall of Fame Honoree at the 2020 Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards™
Winners Were Announced Live at the 18th Annual Awards Gala (Virtual) on November 4


Arlington, Va. (Nov. 6, 2020) The Professional Services Council (PSC) and the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce (Northern Virginia Chamber) are pleased to have announced during the 18th Annual Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards™ that M. Charito Kruvant, Founder and Chairperson of the Board, Creative Associates International is the 2020 Hall of Fame Honoree.  Commonly called the “GovCon Awards,” it is the premier awards event for the Washington area government contracting community.  


The 2020 Public Sector Partner Award was for the first time in its history given to a Member of Congress, Congressman Will Hurd of Texas, for his leadership and vision in strengthening the partnership of government and the private sector. 


The GovCon Awards honor the exceptional work of leaders and businesses in the region's government contracting sector. The award categories include Contractor of the Year in four revenue categories, Executive of the Year in three revenue categories, and the Program of the Year across all categories.


The 2020 Washington Government Contractor Awards Winners are: 


Contractor of the Year 

Up To $25 Million: Aptive Resources
$25 – 75 Million: Robotic Research LLC
$75 – 300 Million: Dovel Technologies
Over $300 Million: Guidehouse


Executive of the Year
Up to $75 Million: Dr. Sarbari Gupta, Electrosoft Services
$75 – 300 Million: Chris Wynes, METIS Solutions
Over $300 Million: Bruce Caswell, Maximus


Program of the Year: 
Robotic Research LLC
