2021 Government Contractors Compensation Survey Is Open! Deadline Extended to July 2, 2021

PSC is pleased to continue its co-sponsorship, along with the DC Society of Human Resources Management (DC SHRM), of the annual Government Contractors Compensation Survey for the National Capital Area.

The 2021 survey is now open for responses! This survey examines data from government contractors, covering 300+ jobs in more than 20 job families – including but not limited to Information Technology, Engineering, and Program Management – and includes compensation data related to security clearances.

In addition to the Compensation Survey, DC SHRM has released its Benefits Survey and Salary Planning Survey. The deadline for responding is May 1st! Learn more about the surveys and participate  here.
