HHS Discusses Accelerate Blockchain Portal with PSC

On February 7th, Jose Arrieta, HHS Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary, and the HHS Accelerate team led a dialogue with the PSC Smart Contracting Working Group on their Accelerate Blockchain portal.
