Mike Reilly became Director of the Professional Services Council Foundation’s Vision Market Forecast on February 3, 2026.

The Vision Market Forecast is a key initiative for the government contracting industry. A vital industry resource for over six decades, Vision stands as the only non-profit forecast that comprehensively addresses the defense and civilian federal markets. Under PSC’s leadership, the program has become instrumental in fostering collaboration between government and industry sectors. 

In his role, Mike works closely with a dedicated network of more than 400 industry and government volunteers, each of whom plays a critical role in the market research process. This extensive annual effort involves gathering, collating, and analyzing data to produce the Vision Federal Market Forecast, a highly anticipated report presented during PSC’s annual Vision Conference. This research is essential in strengthening the relationship between the public and private sectors, enabling industry leaders, government officials, and other stakeholders to align their goals, anticipate trends, and engage in informed decision-making that drives innovation and policy development. 

Mike has over 25 years of experience in federal budget forecasting and national security policy, including as a consultant, think tank analyst, defense industry executive, and Marine Corps logistics officer. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from The Catholic University of America and a Master of Business Administration from Marymount University.
