Joe Carden, CAE

Senior Vice President, Marketing and Membership
      

Joe is the Senior Vice President, Membership and Marketing for the Professional Services Council. He and his team focus on driving excellence for the member experience, communicating the value of engagement with PSC and widening the appreciation of the advocacy led on behalf of the federal contracting industry. His favorite part of his job is working with a talented and committed team of professionals. 

Prior to joining PSC in 2012, he worked for Unisys, the Homeland Security & Defense Business Council, Wirthlin Worldwide, Congressional Quarterly, the New Republic, U.S. Senator Paul Coverdell, and ran his own consulting firm – Homeland Strategies.

Joe earned a Bachelor’s of Arts from the University of Georgia. He is member of the American Society of Association Executives and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE). He dotes on his beautiful and patient wife and wonderful sons in Alexandria, VA.
