Donald Baumgart 

Manager, Vision Federal Market Forecast
      

Donald Baumgart is the Manager of the PSC Vision Market Forecast and Conference. In its 57th year, the Vision program is the only non-profit forecast that addresses the defense, civilian, and federal information technology markets. In his role, Donald works with over 275+ industry member volunteers who each year, through market research and an extensive interview process—gather, collate, and analyze information for the annual Vision Federal Market Conference. As the Interview lead, Donald is instrumental in managing the interview process between Vision volunteers and Government Executives and industry experts. Additionally, he plays a key role in managing the interview process for all PSC studies. 

Donald joined PSC in 2014 through the acquisition of the Tech America Foundation. Prior to this role, he served as an Intern at TechAmerica Foundation and CompTIA. He received his B.A. in Justice from Radford University.
