Cierra “Cici” Earl is the Program Associate, Vision Market Forecast for the Professional Services Council. In this role, she primarily supports the Director of the Vision Federal Market Forecast by coordinating and managing volunteer teams, overseeing report drafting, handling communications and scheduling, organizing events, and tracking volunteer performance.

As an administrative and program management professional, Cici Earl supports the operational and logistical needs of organizations to ensure efficiency and success. She has worked with Lenovo, the Institute for Defense and Business, and Education First, contributing to executive support, event coordination, and process improvement.

Cici holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Spanish from Hollins University and has gained international experience through study abroad and volunteer service with the U.S. Peace Corps. Originally from North Carolina, she enjoys exploring new cultures, learning languages, and relaxing at home with her cat.
