Ensuring the Effectiveness of Federal CTOs

The CTO Report, "Ensuring the Effectiveness of Federal Chief Technology Officers," culminates a study led by PSC’s Innovation Committee co-chairs, Robin Lineberger of Deloitte and Casey Coleman of Unisys, and incorporates research work and interviews with current and former federal CTOs on roles, responsibilities and organizational placement of CTOs, with an emphasis on the important role CTOs play in driving innovation at their agencies.
