Focused on those PSC member companies that operate under SSAs, this group identifies challenges and opportunities within the Foreign Ownership, Control, and Influence (FOCI) issue space. Topics include, but are not necessarily limited to, FOCI-related policies, procedures, and other requirements which are specific to U.S.-based “SSA” companies.
