Workforce

PSC works to promote policies that enable the federal government to attract, train, develop and retain a world-class workforce, with particular emphasis on acquisition, IT management, cybersecurity and similarly critical skills. The missions of government demand a workforce that is well trained, well-funded, and supported by its leadership.
