PSC Data Collection Call on Second CMMC Proposed Rule

DESCRIPTION
On September 4, 2024—from 2-2:45pm—PSC will host a data collection call on the DoD’s second CMMC Proposed Rule regarding the implementation of contracting requirements relating to the CMMC 2.0 program. You can access the proposed rule DFARS Case 2019-D041 here.

This call will help frame the basis of PSC’s written comments and provide an opportunity for PSC member companies to share input and highlight areas of focus. An agenda will follow shortly.
