Please join us at 1pm for a virtual meeting with Dean Karlan (Agency Chief Economist), A. Healy, and Caitlin Tulloch (OCE Team Lead, Evidence Use) to discuss two draft position papers that USAID will be releasing soon.

One of these papers focuses on "cost-effectiveness" in the USAID program cycle, and the other focuses on the use of direct monetary assistance (aka "cash transfers") to individuals, households, and microenterprises as a programming tool that can further USAID's development objectives.
