GUEST SPEAKER
Please join PSC for a Health and Human Services Task Force meeting on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 from 11:00am-12:30pm as we host Andrea Fletcher, the Chief Digital Strategy Officer for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services at the Department of Health and Human Services. Ms. Fletcher will discuss her vision for digital strategy and plans for putting better technology to work at CMS. She will discuss her efforts to improve customer experience, website accessibility, identity management and verification, digital equity, and other efforts to modernize service delivery at CMS. We will hold a brief 30-minute internal task force meeting after hearing from the guest speaker to plan task force activities for 2024.
