Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Logistics
Leigh E. Method, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Logistics and serves as the principal advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Sustainment. In this position, she is responsible for the Department’s logistics strategy and policy, supply, storage and distribution, property and equipment, transportation, and program support.

Brig. Gen. Stephanie Q. Howard
Executive Director, Operational Contract Support
Brigadier General Howard serves as the principal military advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Logistics, on matters pertaining to Operational Contract Support, Supply Chain Risk Management, Vendor Threat Mitigation, and Private Security Contractors.
