This working group identifies challenges and opportunities within the Foreign Ownership, Control, and Influence (FOCI) issue space. Topics include, but are not necessarily limited to, FOCI-related policies, procedures, and requirements specific to U.S.-based “Special Security Agreement”(SSA) companies.
