DESCRIPTION
PSC seeks to provide opportunities for the government to benefit from natural business growth. Currently, policies may inadvertently make ineligible for competition businesses that “graduate” out of small business set-asides. PSC intends to advocate for opportunities to reward business growth for better government availability of mission-accomplishing vendors.
