Cyber WG / CMMC Task Force Meeting: Recent Cyber Rulemaking

DESCRIPTION
Please join us on Monday, March 18, 2024 from 1-2:00pm for a virtual meeting regarding the recent flurry of cybersecurity rulemaking activities and their potential impacts on government contractors. Discussion will specifically address the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Program Proposed Rule and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) SP 800-171 Revision 3, as well as cyber threat and incident reporting, self-attestation, federal access to contractor systems, and other potential requirements. Hear from PSC’s President and CEO David Berteau and others on these recent rules, impacts to contractors, and what the adjudication process may look like in 2024.
