PSC Comments on CMMC Contract Clauses

On October 15, 2024, PSC submitted comments on "Assessing Contractor Implementation of Cybersecurity Requirements" (DFARS Case 2019-D041), which proposed amendments to part 48 of CFR and included contract language re: CMMC compliance.
