Currently PSC is not requiring attendees to submit proof of vaccination to attend the 2023 PSC Annual Conference, which will be held April 16-19 at the Greenbrier. What are the latest masking guidelines at the Greenbrier? There are no mask requirements at the Greenbrier at this time. What is included in my conference registration? Access to the conference, sessions, receptions, and all meals. Hotel cost is separate. Additional activities like golf and wine tasting are separate. What is the attire? Business casual attire is encouraged for all meetings except for the Monday evening banquet which is cocktail attire. What does the spouse/guest fee cover? Spouses and guests are welcome at the conference. The fee provides the spouse or guest the opportunity to participate in the networking receptions, breakfasts, lunch and dinners. What activities are spouses/guests allowed to attend? Spouses/guests can sign up for any of the activities. Spouses and guests are invited to all networking receptions, breakfasts, lunch and dinners.
What is the cost of parking at The Greenbrier? Valet parking is $25.00 per vehicle, per day. Self parking is complimentary. What are the details of the golf tournament on Sunday, April 16? The tournament begins at 11:00 am, but be on course by 10:30 am. Golfers will be playing the Old White Course, which is located on property. What are the details of the golf tournament on Tuesday, April 18? The tournament begins at 4:00 pm. Golfers will be playing the Meadows Course, which is located on property. Is there a shuttle to the course? There is a shuttle that picks up from the north entrance of the hotel. The golf course is also within walking distance on property. How do I get to the sporting clays class and what time does it start? Guests will catch a shuttle to the gun club at the North Entrance of the Hotel. There are two classes. One Sunday, April 16 at 1pm (please be at the North Entrance at 12:45 pm). The other on Monday, April 17 at 4pm (please be at the North Entrance by 3:45pm). Where will the wine tasting activity be held on Sunday, April 16 and what time does it begin? It will be held in the Crystal Room and will begin at 3 p.m. Are all sessions included in the conference fee? Yes, all regular sessions are included in your conference registration fee. Are there options for my strict dietary requirements? The majority of our conferences include buffet style meals, with a variety of foods. Cancellation Policy for In Person Registrants If received on or before March 22, cancellations of in-person conference registrations will result in a full refund of conference fees. There will be no refunds for cancellations after March 22. If requested on or before March 22, transfers from in-person to virtual attendance will result in a refund of the ticket-price difference. There will be no refund for such requests after March 22. (Please note that transfers from in-person to virtual registrations cannot be cancelled for refund; sales are final.) Registration transfers to another person within your company are accepted at any time.
