CANCELLATION POLICY FOR IN-PERSON REGISTRANTS *Please read carefully* If received on or before March 17, cancellations of in-person conference registrations will result in a full refund of conference fees. There will be no refunds for cancellations after March 17. If requested on or before March 17, transfers from in-person to virtual attendance will result in a refund of the ticket-price difference. There will be no refund for such requests after March 17. (Please note that transfers from in-person to virtual registrations cannot be cancelled for refund; sales are final.) Registration transfers to another person within your company are accepted at any time. Room reservation cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your arrival and must be coordinated directly with the Greenbrier. There will be no refunds for cancellations after April 7. Registrations that have been transferred from in-person to virtual are not eligible for a refund after March 17; sales are final after March 17. Registration transfers from virtual to in-person can take place at any time, but are subject to space availability. Registration transfers to another person within your company are accepted at any time.
