Join PSC’s Government Affairs Committee meeting on Friday, May 14 at noon as we host Congressman Marc Veasey, who represents the 33rd District of Texas.   Congressman Veasey was appointed in the 117th Congress to serve on the Committees on Armed Services and Energy and Commerce, including serving as a member of the HASC Subcommittee on Tactical Air and Land Forces. He was first elected to the U.S. Congress in November of 2012 after serving in the Texas House of Representatives since 2005.
 
DESCRIPTION 
The Government Affairs Committee (GAC) meets the first Friday of every month and is often referred to as “the best information exchange in town.” Each meeting features a special government guest discussing, on a non-attribution basis, one or more critical legislative, regulatory, or other policy issues. The second half of each meeting is the information exchange, where up-to-date information and materials on relevant issues and recent policy developments are disseminated and discussed.
