If you’re new to PSC or it’s been a while since you’ve been able to engage with us, our PSC Membership Orientation is an excellent way to learn about all of the opportunities available with your membership, map out an engagement plan for your team and kick-off or re-invigorate your membership.
PSC LEAD/SPEAKER Matt Busby Director, Membership Matt Busby, joined PSC in 2009 and is PSC’s Director of Membership, responsible for leading operational and strategic activities in Member Acquisition & Development, Member Retention, and Database Systems Management. In this role, he applies strategic approaches in maximizing member engagement, implementing tools, and leveraging analytics to gain insights into member behavior. Through an understanding of member engagement, he monitors member activities for the development of products to support and improve customer service and enhanced membership experiences.
