DESCRIPTION
Please join PSC for a Veterans Affairs Task Force (VATF) meeting on Wednesday, November 16 from 1:00pm-2:30pm at the offices of PSC (or virtual) as we host John Boerstler, the Chief Experience Officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs. John will discuss his efforts to meet the President’s Executive Order and his vision, plans, and challenges with combining data, technology, tools, and engagement to enhance the Customer Experience at the VA. We will hold a brief 30 minute internal task force meeting after hearing from the guest speaker.

Krista Sweet is the Vice President of Civilian Agencies for the Professional Services Council where she leads policy, programs, and advocacy on behalf of members with federal civilian agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Health and Human Services, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and Department of Energy
