DESCRIPTION
Join us via Zoom as we relaunch PSC's Human Resources and Labor Policy Committee! This committee had long served as a forum to learn about the federal government’s activities on equal opportunity employment, prevailing wages and fringe benefits, and other human capital-related issues. As the government focuses its efforts on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) -- and as it considers the impact of higher-than-expected inflation on recruitment and retention of skilled workers who can command higher wages elsewhere -- PSC hopes that this reinvigorated committee can help tackle such workforce challenges and opportunities.
