DESCRIPTION
Join PSC for a discussion with CISA Deputy Director Nitin Natarajan. While Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) is within DHS, CISA's mission is expressly focused on cybersecurity across the federal enterprise including the May 12, 2021 Executive Order 14028, Improving the Nation's Cybersecurity. Therefore, this program should appeal to civilian and technology companies across many government agency customers. Nitin Natarajan serves as the Deputy Director for the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) as of February 16, 2021. In this role, he supports the CISA Director overseeing the Cybersecurity Division, the Infrastructure Security Division, the National Risk Management Center, and the Emergency Communications Division. His operational support responsibilities are to ensure a holistic approach to critical infrastructure protection across physical and cyber risks activities.

Vice President, Civilian Agencies
Bradley J. Saull is Vice President for Civilian Agencies at the Professional Services Council, where he leads the association’s policy and programming for federal government civilian departments and agencies with a particular focus on the Departments of Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs, and Health and Human Services. He has led and coordinated numerous federal acquisition training programs in a “Reverse Industry Day” format where industry shares acquisition lifecycle perspectives on topics such as the company bid/no bid decision, innovation and contract administration post award.
ABOUT THE CIVILIAN AGENCIES COUNCIL
The Civilian Agencies Council focuses on the acquisition policies and strategies of the civilian agencies, including the departments of Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs, Health and Human Services, Energy and others. The Civilian Agencies Council conducts programs to inform member companies about civilian agencies’ policies and initiatives, and serves as a forum for greater dialogue between PSC and the civilian agencies through regular meetings, timely programs, and various other forums.
