At Significance, we take immense pride in our unwavering commitment to supporting our nation's veterans and their families. With a workforce that comprises 31% veterans and 5% military spouses, we wholeheartedly understand the unique skills, dedication, and resilience they bring to our team. 

Our dedication to the military community extends beyond our workforce. We have partnered with Hiring Our Heroes, an organization renowned for its mission to connect service members, military spouses, and veterans with businesses. This initiative not only aids in the successful transition of active duty and transitioning service members into the civilian workforce but also provides them with invaluable hands-on experience. 

At Significance, we believe in giving back to the community. Through our volunteer work with Warrior Canine Connection, we contribute to the well-being of our veterans, as we recognize the profound impact of service animals on their lives. 

Our commitment to supporting the military community has not gone unnoticed. We are honored to have been recognized by the 512th Airlift Wing for our outstanding efforts on Employer Appreciation Day. Additionally, our Director, Andrea Fisher has been awarded the ESGR's Patriot Award, a testament to our unwavering support for employees who are National Guard or Reserve members.
