GSA’s Technology Transformation Services (TTS) seeks to improve the public’s experience with government agencies by helping make their services more accessible, efficient, and effective. TTS builds, provides and shares technology applications, platforms, processes, personnel, and software solutions to federal agencies. TTS initiatives include 18F, IT Modernization Centers of Excellence, Presidential Innovation Fellowship (PIF) and more.

This roundtable discussion offers an opportunity to share your perspectives as industry partners with federal agencies and get an update on the latest GSA TTS efforts to improve the public’s experience with government by helping agencies build, buy, and share technology that allows them to deliver services more effectively.  

About the speaker:
Dominic Sale is the head of operations for GSA’s Technology Transformation Services (TTS).  In this role, he supports the innovators and doers of TTS in helping agencies build, buy and share technology that allows them to provide a better experience for the public. Prior to TTS, Mr. Sale was the Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Information, Integrity and Access (I2A) within GSA’s Office of Government-wide Policy (OGP). In this role, he led a team to support federal CIOs and their staffs better navigate the complexities of the federal IT landscape by offering advice, solutions and information. In both roles at GSA, Mr. Sale regularly partners with the White House’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to drive change in the federal government in critical areas such as cyber security, digital government; IT cost transparency, and IT infrastructure.
